RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER

The manufacturer, TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS BY MORO S.r.l., will not be held responsible for breakages,
accidents, etc. brought about by ignorance (or non application) of the regulations contained in this manual.
The same holds for modifications, variations and/or accessories installed without previous authorization.
In particular TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS BY MORO S.r.l. denies all responsibility for damage due to:
• incorrect manoeuvres;
• lack of maintenance;
• non-observance of laws in force covering the health and safety of personnel.
In addition TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS BY MORO S.r.l. will only be held responsible for intervention
operations performed by its own personnel or authorized personnel.
TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS BY MORO S.r.l. reserves the right to carry out modifications on the machine for
technical or commercial reasons, therefore the present manual refers only to the machine identified by the
number-plate of the Warranty Certificate.
EXCEPTIONAL MAINTENANCE
The intervention operations must be performed by specialized personnel only, authorized to intervine on the
machine mentioned in this manual.
WARRANTY
TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS BY MORO S.r.l. guaranties that:
•
the products are in compliance with the technical specifications;
• the products are without vices and defects of production, in compliance with laws covering the
health and safety of personnel, as well as to the technical standards provided by laws and
constructive rules.
The warranty is valid for 1 (one) year from the delivery date of the machine, and covers the repair and/or
replacement of the parts damaged by a clear imperfection of materials or construction defect.
The warranty does not cover damages incurred:
• for faulty or incorrect connection or connections to electrical plant of insufficient capacity;
• for negligent or incorrect use;
•
for not-well-done reparation.
The warranty expires automatically whenever:
• the machine is used for other aims than for those for which is intended;
•
if non-original spare parts are used;
• if modifications are carried out without written authorisation of the manufacturer.
Servicing visit must be carried out by TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS BY MORO S.r.l. service centres.
Transportation costs and risks for the warranty reparation will be completely charged to the customer, such
as labour and travelling expenses.
The warranty is conditioned by the receipt of the Warranty Certificate, completed in all its parts within and
not longer than 8 days from the purchasing date by the end user.
The warranty provided by the manufacturer is subject to the correct use and maintenance of the machine as
stated in this manual:
• the use of the machine must be within the limits stated;
• a thorough maintenance and cleaning must be regularly carried out;
• the operator must be well trained.
The non-observance of the instructions given will imply the immediate forfeiture.

SPARE PARTS

Use only original parts in the case of replacement.
Replace the parts before breakage in order to avoid damage and accidents.
Check the components regularly as outlined in the "Periodical maintenance" chart
