3. Feed the LATCH Connector with the Adjuster Closest to it

Through the Chosen Belt Path
Rear-Facing:
when the buckle is in the inner-most position (A), and in behind when in the
outter-most position (B) and that it is flat and is not twisted.
Slide LATCH strap down
slide the LATCH strap
Make sure the LATCH strap is in front of the buckle strap
