Danger:
If the torque is not set correctly, the screws will work loose whilst you are driving.
In this case, the safety concept can no longer be ensured and the vehicle may no longer be used.
The screws must be tightened using the stipulated torque.
Warning:
The screws in the kit are micro-encapsulated and should never to be used more than once.
The micro-encapsulation will become ineffective if they are repeatedly used and the permanent
securing of the screw connection can no longer be guaranteed.
3.10 Travel limiter assembly
Important note:
The travel limiter (40 mm) prevents the EPS 2 module from colliding with the dashboard when the
seat is in its forward position..

21. Place the belt (1) from the installation kit around the lower rear cross tube. Ensure that the safety
grooves for the elastic belt (red) is visible.
22. Place the reinforcement plate (6) on the seat box (note the position of the notches!) and screw the
belt (1) with the screw (2), securing plate (3) and the stepped washer (4) from the installation kit
through the seat box on the floor using the stipulated torque (use E12 Torx adapter).
Torque:
23. Tightly screw the two outer seat box screws (5) that were removed using an appropriate screw
locking device (not included in the installation kit) and the stipulated torque (E10 Torx adapter).
