Control Keypad Description
Press to connect to Wi-Fi. See the "Connectivity" section.
Press and hold for 15 seconds to disable connectivity to WiFi.
Press to lock and unlock the food recycler lid and control panel. Press once to lock the lid. Press and
hold for 3 seconds to lock/unlock the control panel.
Start/Pause keypad
Press and hold for 1 second to start a recycling cycle. The lights on the LED ring will turn on as the cycle
progresses. The Complete light will turn on when the process is complete.
To start a new cycle, the output bin needs to be emptied. If Complete is illuminated and you try to start a
cycle, Complete will flash three times at a fast rate. An invalid tone will sound three times to indicate that
the output bin needs to be emptied.
NOTE: After starting a cycle, there is a time period (up to 30 minutes) during which the cycle can be
paused and additional food waste can be added.
Press once to pause the cycle. The icon will flash and the current cycle will pause for up to 30 minutes.
The cycle will automatically cancel after 30 minutes and new cycle will need to be started.
Press and hold for 3 seconds to cancel a cycle. The LED lights will rotate around the dial until the recycler
cools down.
NOTE: The lid will stay locked until the recycler cools down.
Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset the filter indicator light after the old filter has been removed and a
new filter has been inserted.
