If the unit binds, the roller housings may be tilted or not parallel.
Check to be sure that the bed rails are square as shown in on pg. 4.
If needed, use the supplied shims to align the housings. Shims are installed
between the housing and crossmember, on front and/or rear bolts as needed.
NOTE: Not all the shims are required to correct alignment. Only use what is
necessary. Installing shims will require the loosening of the ½" bolts in the 5
th
wheel cross member. After installing the shims, re-torque the ½" cross
members to their required load. (Refer to the Crossmember's installation
instructions for Torque requirements).
Try to move the hitch fore and aft again. Repeat until proper movement is
achieved. Remember to re-torque any loosened bolts.
Once everything is working and fitting properly, your Husky HD Roller is
ready for operation.
