SOLUTION
Connect the power cord to the outlet
Check the cover and attach it correctly
Check the socket and house's fuses
Place the unit on a level floor
Check the control panel, and the
socket/house's fuses
Check to ensure that nothing is
preventing the flow of air through the
appliance
Remove the filter from its plastic bag
Replace the filter with a new one
according to the instructions
Check whether there are any obstacles
within a proximity of 20 cm from the
air intake or outlet
Check your filter placement. The HEPA
layer must point outwards to where
the air is being drawn in.
Check whether your room corresponds
to the performance parameters of
your unit
Clean the filter and/or place the unit
