Incorrect cable connections.
Incorrect USB device connections.
The BD disc does not support BD-Live.
The network setting is incorrect.
The USB memory device is not
compatible.
There is insufficient free space on the
USB memory device.

The connected equipment is turned off.
The access point of this unit and the
server are not the same.
The network setting is incorrect.
The DLNA server does not permit this
unit.
The file is not supported by this unit.
The DLNA setting is incorrect.
Remedy
Connect the Network cable properly.
Connect the USB memory device properly. Check
that the USB memory device is connected to the
USB port of this unit.
Check if the BD disc supports BD-Live.
Check the setting for [Internet Connection].
Connect the USB memory device formatted in
FAT16 or FAT32.
It is recommended to connect the USB memory
device with at least 2 GB of free space. If there is not
enough free space, format the USB memory device.
Refer to the supplied user's manual of the disc or
consult the disc manufacturer.
Connect the network cable properly.
Turn on the connected equipment, such as the
broadband router or the server.
Confirm this unit and the server are connected to the
same access point.
Set the proper value(s) in the network setting. Refer
to "Network".
Depending on the DLNA server, this unit may need
to be permitted from the server.
Make sure the file is playable.
Check your DLNA server's setting.
The playback and operating quality may be affected
by your home network condition.
