Assembly
(Fig. C / E / F / G)
1. (Fig. E) Insert the replacement
line (6m) into the slot of
the reel partition so that two
equal lengths (2 x 3 m) hang
out.
2. (Fig. E) First wind the upper
line a then the lower line b
clockwise onto the reel.
Note:
(Fig. F)
Wind both lines evenly and
firmly. Fix approx. 10 cm of
each of the line ends in the slits
of the reel marked with Ø 2
opposite each other.
3. (Fig. G) Thread the line ends
outwards through the eyelets
of the cutting head a.
Note:
When inserting the line ends,
make sure that the slits with the
fixed lines are exactly behind
the eyelets.
4. Insert the reel and pull both
line ends at the same time
until they have noticeably
come out of the slits.
5. (Fig. G) Press the reel c down
onto the spring d and secure
the cutting head cover b by
turning it anticlockwise as far
as it will go.

Warning! Repairs
A

Warning! For safety
A
reasons only use original
spare parts or parts approved
6. (Fig. C) To check the reel
functions properly, press
down the cutting head cover
9 and pull both lines at the
same time. If the unit is

be automatically adjusted
to the correct length by the
line limiter blade 10 when
you operate your Strimmer.
Turn the Electric Strimmer to the
normal working position before
switching it on.

Remove grass clippings and dirt
from the safety cover 11 after
every use using a dry cloth or
