5. Initial use
Charging the batteries
1.
The appliance has an inbuilt battery. This can be easily charged using the
supplied USB cable.
2.
Connect the charging cable to a 5V USB adapter (e.g. the charger of a
smartphone).

The charging status LED (3) starts glowing in red during charging and green
once the battery is fully charged. The battery requires about 3-6 hours to
charge completely.
Frothing milk
1.
Fill the milk to be frothed in a tall container. Make sure that the container is
not filled by more than a third.
2.
Immerse the whisk (Double quirl (5)) into the container till it almost
touches the base.
3.
Switch on the appliance by pressing the "ON/OFF" button (1) briefly.
4.
You can adjust the speed by briefly pressing the button repeatedly. Pressing
the button for a long time switches the appliance off again.
5.
Make slow circular motions until the desired degree of frothing is reached.
Move the beater slowly and evenly up and down during the process. The
whisk (double quirl (5), balloon quirl (6)) should always remain in the milk.
6.
Stop the process by pressing and holding the "ON/OFF" button (1) for
about 2 seconds.
7.
Remove the whisk from the milk once it stops.
8.
If you want to make larger quantities of milk froth, use the double whisk.
9.
Clean the appliance as described under "Cleaning and care".
