Did you conduct a gas leak inspection?
Was the unit fully insulated? (Refrigerant pipes)
Is the supply voltage the same as the voltage indicated on the
label?
Are there any wiring mistakes or erroneous wiring or erroneous
pipe connections?
Has the unit been grounded?
Was the size of the electrical wiring selected in accordance with
relevant local and national codes?

Delivery checklist

Has the cover been installed on the control box?
Did you give the customer the installation manual?
