use of open source components included in the i'm Watch package). Any attempt to perform
any of these actions constitutes a violation of i'm S.p.A. ' s (i'm Watch) rights and those of the
i'm Watch software licensees.
(d) On storing content on your i'm Watch, you are actually making a digital copy. Under certain
jurisdictions, it is illegal to make digital copies without obtaining prior permission from the
copyright holders. The i'm Watch software can be used to reproduce materials provided such
use is limited to the reproduction of material that is not protected by copyright, material to
which the user owns the copyright, or materials for which the user has the authorisation or
legal permission to reproduce.
(e) The user undertakes to use the i'm Watch software and services (as set forth in paragraph
5 below) in accordance with all applicable laws, including the local laws in the country
or region in which the user resides or where the same downloads or uses the i'm Watch
software and services.
3. Transfers
The user is not permitted to loan, lease, lend, sell, distribute, sublicense, license or otherwise
transfer the i'm Watch software for the part owned by i'm S.p.A. However, the user may
permanently transfer all rights to the i'm Watch software to third parties in case of transfer of
ownership of the i'm Watch device, provided that: the transfer relates to the i'm Watch device
and all the i'm Watch software, including all components, original media, printed materials
and this License; (b) no copies of all or part of the i'm Watch software are retained, including
any copies stored on a computer or other data storage device; and (c) the recipient of the i'm
Watch software reads and accepts the terms and conditions of this License.
4. Consent to Use of Data
(a) Diagnostic details and anonymous use
The user accepts that i'm S.p.A., its a liated companies and its agents, may collect, store,
process and use diagnostic, technical and utilisation information, further to other information
related to the same, in particular (but not exclusively) information on the i'm Watch device,
the computer, system software and applications plus any other peripheral devices in use. This
