data is gathered periodically to allow i'm S.p.A. to prepare and provide updates, technical
support and other services related to the i'm Watch software and to verify conformity with
the terms and conditions of this License. Such data is collected anonymously and used in a
form and manner that makes it impossible to discover the identity of the person to whom
it belongs; this aims to improve the quality of the i'm Watch products or to provide services
or technologies.
(b) Localisation data
i'm S.p.A. and its partners may provide certain services via i'm Watch that rely on location
information. To provide and improve such services, where available, i'm S.p.A., its partners
and its licensees may need to transmit, collect, manage, process and use the information on
your location, including localisation data. The collection and research of location data by'm
S.p.A. is operated so as not to identify the user personally and these data could be used by
i'm S.p.A., its partners and its licensees to provide and improve products and location-based
services.
On using any localisation service on your i'm Watch, you hereby acknowledge and
consent i'm S.p.A., its partners and its licensees to transmit, collect, manage, develop
and utilise your research and localisation data in order to provide and improve these
products and services.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by changing the localisation service settings
on your i'm Watch, disabling the global localisation services on your i'm Watch or disabling
the individual localisation settings for each individual application sensitive to i'm Watch
localisation. Failure to use these features will have no impact on the other non-localisation
based features on your i'm Watch. When using third-party applications or services on your
i'm Watch device that uses or provides localisation data, you are subject to the privacy terms
and policy concerning the use of localisation data pursuant to these third party applications
or services and are hence required to review the same.
(c) Interest-Based Advertising
i'm S.p.A. may send you advertisements based on user interests via your i'm Watch. If you do
not wish to receive such advertisements on your i'm Watch, you can disable the service on
the website www.imwatch.it. If you decline your consent, you will continue to receive the
