USAGE CONDITIONS
The set described is used to check and document the compression
pressure in diesel engines. The test result card provides reliable
readings and is understandable for every customer. The set
includes a wide range of adapters, ensuring extensive market/type
coverage.

Test result report cards, designed for up to 8 tests (+ 2 extra
tests)

Special adapters are fitted between the engine and the
compression tester to measure the compression pressure.

Fixing takes place via the thread of the glow plug (17-piece
glow plug adapters - fig. 9) or the injector hole (16-piece
configurable dummy injector set - fig. 7)
•
The device is also equipped with a pressure relief valve. The
test can be repeated if necessary without disconnecting the
device from the connection.

General usage warnings
Use personal protective equipment and all
suitable tools necessary to guarantee work is
carried out in complete safety.
Caution: do not use the tools if the threads are
damaged. Defective tools should be replaced
before use to avoid erroneous readings.
Keep tools in good condition and clean for better and safer
performance.
Make sure a raised vehicle is properly secured with axle
stands.
Wear approved eye protection. You can get a full range of
personal safety equipment from your dealer.
Wear suitable clothing to avoid getting entangled. Remove
any jewellery and tie long hair back.
Check all unconnected fuel lines are plugged to prevent
leakage.
Make sure the correct adapter is used for the engine under
test.
Always release the pressure from the pressure gauge before
disconnecting the quick coupling.
Pay attention to all tools and parts used and do not leave
them in or near the engine.
