Preparation for first use
4.1
General
•
Check the equipment for completeness and damage. Do not use the equipment if it is damaged; in
that case contact the Holmatro dealer.
•
Check that the correct pressure relief tool is present for the coupler system in use: the CORE™
system or the dual or single hose system.
•
Make sure the pump is in a horizontal position.
4.2
Initial use
When you receive the pump it must first be prepared for operation.
•
Check whether all hose connections are firmly tightened.
•
Check that the pump is supplied with hydraulic oil in the tank.
•
Remove the transport plug from the hydraulic oil tank. Fit the supplied hydraulic oil filling/vent cap
(Fig. 2/5). See also the label on the pump.
