MAINTENANCE NOTES
- 1 Take the steam brush off the steam head and use a wet cloth to clean.
- 2 Do not use harsh or abrasive detergents or solvents.
- 3 Do not soak the steamer in water or any other liquid.
- 4 Do not drop it, throw it or attempt to bend it.
- 5 Do not attempt to dismantle the appliance.
- 6 Empty the water tank after each use.
- 7 Do not store the electric appliance in a damp/wet place.
- 8 Do not place the electric appliance in direct sunlight or near any heat source.
- 9 Always ensure that the steam outlet kept clean, free from scale and blockages.
- 10 The steamer should be stored vertically in a flat position.
TroubleshootingProblem
Does not heat.
Produces little or no steam.
Water leaks from the tank.
The steamer makes a buzzing or
pumping noise when operating.
Metal accessories on clothes beco-
me discoloured.
Smell of scorched cloth.
White powder appears when steam
is sprayed.
Possible Solutions
Check that the plug is plugged in correctly.
Check the power supply and switch.
Check that the water tank is correctly installed.
Check that the water tank has enough water.
There is scale or debris inside the water tank, clean it.
Ensure that water does not exceed the highest level.
Ensure that the water tank filler hole is closed tightly.
In following with the user manual, always keep the steamer
in an upright position.
Check the water level; if there is no water or the water level
is low, refill the water tank.
Do not use the steamer directly on metal accessories.
Take care when using steam near any metal accessory.
Check that the temperature used matches the one on stan-
dard on the clothing care label, or use a towel;
This is not mineral in water and it quite normal. If it sticks to
the clothing, gently shake it off.
