Avoid strong oscillations in the temperature.
Condensation, which can lead to malfunctions and damage to
the device, can form in and on the device, if you take it from a
cold environment to warm environment or in the opposite
direction quickly. Wait to bring the device into operation until
the temperature of the device has adjusted to the surrounding
temperature. The use of a transportation or plastic bag offers
limited protection against temperature variations.

Do not drop the device
Strong shocks or vibrations caused by dropping can cause
malfunctions. Place the carrying loop around your wrist if you
are carrying the camera.

Do not remove the battery if data is being processed.
Switching off the power supply can lead to a data loss or
damage the internal switching or the memory, if image data on
memory cards is being displayed or deleted.

Treat the lens and all moveable parts carefully Do not touch the
lens or the lens barrel. Be careful when handling the memory
card and the battery. These parts are not designed for heavy
stresses.
