The Video Size setting is only available for recording video clips.

size of 100 MB, because the file size is limited in Internet platforms.
The files will be stored in the DCF standard (see Page 89) in the
'101UTUBE' directory (see Page 91).
Pre-Rec (Video)
The 'Pre-Rec' setting will make 3-sec pre-recording possible for
you.
The camera will record for 3 seconds before the shutter release is
operated if this setting has been activated.
