• Always be certain that electric current is turned off before installing, cleaning, or maintaining these lighting products.
• If attached to a movable cabinet, route and secure cords so that they will not be pinched or damage when the
cabinet is pushed to the wall.
• Not intended for recessed installation in ceilings or soffits.
• This lighting fixture is for indoor use only.
• Not intended for surface installation inside built-in furnishings such as kitchen cabinets, china cabinets, or trophy cases.
• The National Electric Code (NEC) does not permit cords to be concealed where damage to insulation may go
unnoticed. To prevent fire danger, do not run cord behind walls, ceilings, soffits, or cabinets where it may be inaccessible
for examination. Cords should be visually examined periodically and immediately replaced when any damage is noted.
• Do not alter cords in any manner.
• Use ONLY the supplied LED transformer to power fixture.
• Do not touch hot lens.
• WARNING: California Prop 65: This lighting fixture contains chemicals known to the state of california to cause
cancer, birth defects, and/or other reproductive harm. Wash hands after use.
CAUTION
• Read and understand all instructions and illustrations completely before proceeding with assembly and installation
of this fixture.
• If you have any doubts about how to install this lighting fixture, or if the fixture fails to operate completely, please
contact a qualified licensed electrical contractor.
• All parts must be used as indicated in these instructions. Do not substitute any parts, leave parts out, or use any
parts that are worn out or broken. Failure to obey this instruction could invalidate the the ETL certification, UL
listing, or C.S.A. certification of this fixture.
• This fixture has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature. This plug can be used in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
• This fixture is not suitable to be used with a dimmer.
• Use only the plastic clips provided to secure the wires.
• Not for use with plastic furniture.
• Do not mount over a sink or stove.
• The mounting surface must be at least 1/2 in. thick.
• NOTE: This fixture is only compatible with fixture models: 12391WH30, 12392WH30 and 12393WH30.
• Maximum number of fixtures per run can not exceed 10 of the 27 in. fixtures (model 12393WH30) or combined
fixture wattage of 100W.
Before beginning installation of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hard-
ware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or operate the product. Contact
customer service for replacement parts.
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Phillips screwdriver.
• Always be certain that electric current is turned off before cleaning.
• Use a soft, moist cloth with mild nonabrasive soap to clean fixture. Never use glass cleaner on fixture.
• For optic cleaning: Gloves should be worn while handling the optic assembly as finger oils may damage the optics and affect
performance. Optics should only be cleaned if necessary, and only use a soft moist cloth with mild soap and water.
