If the appliance is prepared for a different type of gas to the one available in the installation, you should
proceed as follows:
Cut off the gas to the appliance if connected. (All conversions of the appliance's gas circuit must always be
carried out by a QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN).
Injector replacement.
Dismantle the "A" injectors from the burners (Fig. 3) and replace them with suitable ones depending on the
gas to be used.
Burner air adjustment.
Set the air regulator "B" (Fig. 3) to the "H" measurement depending on the gas to be used.
a)
Loosen lid "A" (Fig.4).
b)
For LGP and NATURAL GAS replace injector "B" and tighten to the end. For TOWN GAS, turn in one
direction or the other until the flame remains stable (Fig. 4).
c)
Turn the air regulator "C" until the flame steadies (Fig.. 4).
Min adjustment Valve tap, code "GV"
IMPORTANT: Before adjusting, the burner will be fully operating for at least 15 minutes.
For NATURAL GAS and TOWN GAS, turn adjustment screw "F" (Fig.5) one way or the other until the
flame stabilises in the minimum position. Tighten it as much as possible for LPG.
After adapting the equipment to another type of gas or to another pressure, other than that for which it had
been previously set, the old instructions should be replaced with the instructions for the new settings, to
enable unambiguous identification of the state of the equipment after modification.
Burner ignition
a)
Open the main general gas-tap installed on the outside of the appliance.
b)
Gently press until control "M" is unlocked and turn it anticlockwise to position PILOT (Fig. 6), holding it
in this position, press the piezoelectric, code "PZ" several times until the pilot letter "P" lights up
c)
From now on, to ignite the burner, turn the control anticlockwise to the MAXIMUM position (Fig. 6, No
3) or position MINIMUM (Fig. 6, No. 4).
(In the MINIMUM position, the water stays at an approximate temperature of 95º).
Loosen the control when this position is reached.
IMPORTANT: To go to the MAXIMUM position or any other one, you must always press the control.
Turning the burners off
a)
If it is in any of the MAXIMUM, MINIMUM or INTERMEDIATE positions, the control must be pressed
and turned clockwise to the PILOT position (Fig. 6, No 2) and held down.
In this position, the burner will switch off, and the pilot will remain on.
b)
To turn the pilot off, press the control and turn it to the OFF position (No 1).
