Plug the appliance into the mains
and press the On/Off switch. Use
the temperature-control switch to
select a temperature appropriate
to the nature of the hair. The wide
range of temperatures lets you
safely use the crimping iron on any
kind of hair, even the most sensi-
tive or most difficult of hair.
Take up a section of hair and place
the crimping iron over the hair
near the roots while avoiding get-
ting too close to the scalp. Close
the plates over the section and
press lightly holding in position
for a few seconds depending on
the nature of the hair. Then place
the crimping iron lower down the
section avoiding the section alrea-
dy crimped.
Allow the hair to cool completely
before handling it in any way.
After use, press the ON/OFF but-
ton and unplug the unit. Allow
the unit to cool on the heat-resis-
tant mat provided. You can then
store your crimper effortlessly by
keeping it closed using its exclu-
sive locking system. This way you
will not need to wind the cord
around the crimper to keep the
unit closed.
If the unit remains unused for lon-
ger than about 72 minutes, the
auto shut-off will turn the unit off;
this option increases the life of the
unit and provides greater safety.
MAINTENANCE
Unplug the unit and allow to cool
completely.
Clean the plates using a soft,
damp cloth without detergent. To
preserve the optimal quality of the
plates, do not scratch the plates.
