FUNCTION
Status
Enables the TEST of the devices connected to the terminals (10)-(11)-(12): if the
devices are working perfectly, the cycle can start, otherwise some prolonged
flashings will indicate the anomaly.
Ÿ Terminal (10 - "PHOTO"): power the photocells' transmitters by the terminal (16) and
the receivers by the terminal (15 - " 24Vac"). At the beginning of the manoeuvre, the
current will be cut to the transmitters for 1 second and then restored to check its right
ON
operation.
Ÿ Terminal (11 - "SAFETY") and (12 if DIP10=ON ): the resistive value 8K2Ω is
checked
Enables ENERGY SAVING: There will be some tension on terminal (16) only during
the manoeuvre. At rest the leds will be off.
Disables the safety devices test.
OFF
Disables ENERGY SAVING
When the photocell is intercepted, during both opening and closing, the
ON
gate motion is locked until the photocell is freed.
Subsequently there is always an opening phase.
Photocell enabled only during closing, when it is intercepted the gate opens.
OFF
ON
Disables automatic closing.
Enables automatic closing after the pause time adjustable by the trimmer
OFF
TR1 PAUSE from 2 to 220 s.
Enables the deceleration during both opening and closing, when the
respective limit switch is intercepted. The deceleration speed is adjusted by trimmer
ON
TR3 SLOW. This function provides for use of 4 magnets.
See fig. 7 e 27.
OFF
Disables the deceleration function. Only 2 magnets are required.
Reduces the pause time to 2s after the intervention of the photocells.
ON
Disables the fast closing function
OFF
Enables the operation of the motor rpm sensor. After a reduction of the
number of motor revolutions (e.g. because of an an obstacle), the sensor intervenes
ON
locking the motion and inverting the direction for 1 s in order to free the obstacle. At the
next Start pulse, the motion restarts in the obstacle freeing direction.
Disables the motor rpm sensor
OFF
Terminal 12 (SAFETY-STOP) works as terminal 11 (SAFETY 8K2).
ON
See Chap.5 .
Terminal 12 works as STOP 8K2.
The activation of STOP 8K2 device causes an immediate STOP of the automatic
OFF
device.
