2. The following basic guidelines must be observed when using electrical appliances:
• High humidity environment will increase the risk of short circuit or electric shock, if in
doubt, please cut off the ice maker power.
• Do not pull the power cord to shut down the machine.
• The ice maker cannot be used by children or the elderly without adult supervision.
In order to guarantee the quality of the ice making, the following points must be
confi rmed prior to commissioning:
• The faucet is open.
• The drain outlet has access to the room outlet.
• The ice maker has access to the power supply.
• The power switch is in the ON position.
In order to ensure that your ice machine has a long service life, you should observe the
following points if you do not use the machine for a longer period of time:
• Ensure that the power switch is in the OFF position.
• Unplug the power plug or disconnect the power supply.
• Close the faucet and remove the inlet pipe.
• Remove all ice, drain the water in the ice storage bin and the water tank.
• Clean and dry the inner wall of the ice storage bin and the water tank.

CLEANING AND CARE

• Open the front lid and pour some detergent into the water pond.
• In the standby mode, press the "CLEAN" button 3 seconds, the unit will begin to
• self-clean.
• Water pump will pump the mild detergent water into spraying water pipe.
• The evaporator is cleaned by the fl owing mild detergent half an hour.
• After fi nished cleaning, unpin the rubber plug in the water pond to drain away the
sewage into ice bin.
• The sewage will be fl owed out off the ice machine by drain pipe.
CAUTION
Unplug the power cord before performing any cleaning or
maintenance procedures.
• A service technician should check and clean the condenser at least once a year to
make the ice maker work better.
• Do not use alcohol to clean the ice machine, which may cause plastic parts to
crack.
• Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe the periphery of the ice maker at least once a week
and then use a damp cloth dampened with a mild detergent to erase grease or
other impurities.Clean the ice spoon once a week. Put it in a mixture of water and
neutral detergent for at least three minutes. Rinse the ice spoon and dry it.
