IMPORTANT:
We recommend the use of an air filter and a compressed air line lubricator.
ATTENTION!
Interrupt the compressed air supply before lubrication, connecting or
disconnecting of the tool.
Manual lubrication of the pneumatic motor:
■
Disconnect the device from the compressed air supply and keep up with the air inlet
upwards.
■
Apply one or two drops of special compressed air oil into the air inlet.
■
Reconnect the tool to the compressed air supply, cover the air outlet at the device with
a towel and let it run for a few seconds.
■
Never use flammable or volatile liquids such as kerosene, diesel or gasoline for lubricating
the device.
ATTENTION!
Excess oil in the motor will be discharged immediately through the air outlet.
WARNING!
Never point air outlet towards persons or objects.
3.2. Spare parts
■
Only use original spare parts of the manufacturer.
■
Wrong or defective spare parts can cause damages, malfunctions or total failure of the tool.
■
When using non-approved spare parts, all warranty, service, compensation and liability
claims against the manufacturer expire.
4. Disturbances
Please check for troubleshooting purposes:
■
Do compression system and compressed air supply hoses, air consumption l/min and hose
cross section correspond to the technical requirements of the unit?
■
Check the operating air, whether it contains dust and rust particles or condensed water?
■
Air motor has been lubricated too much?
■

5. Storage / Stocking:
The unit has to be stored under the following conditions:
■
Store the unit in dry and dust-free condition.
■
Do not expose the device to liquids and/or aggressive substances.
■
Do not store the unit outdoors.
■
Keep appliance away from children.
■
Storage temperature -10°C to +40°C.
■
Relative humidity max. 60 %
