Inspecting the pumping unit (refer to the exploded drawing in Fig. 22)
01 Unscrew the 8 screws (item 1) on the head
body (item 2). Pull the head out.
Attention: the complete head
weighs ~60 kg.
03 Caution is needed when removing the
supports (items 24) so as not to damage
seal housings.
05 Check the condition of all components,
replacing any that are worn.

02 Pull the gasket supports (item 3) out with
the extractor.

04 Place the gaskets support unit on a clean
surface and pull the gaskets out (item 3).

• Please note: With each disassembly change
all the O-rings and grease the gaskets with
a silicone grease.

• To mount the parts, follow the above steps
exactly but in the reverse order
