OPERATING ISSUE
Pump does not take a full stroke.
Lift, neutral and lowering positions do
not function correctly.
The forks drop after every stroke.
Quick lift does not work.
Lifting or the start assistance feature
does not work satisfactorily.
Start assistance does not engage
when required.
The start assistance wire us broken.
NOTE: Do not attempt to repair the pallet truck unless you are trained and authorized to do so.

TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSES
Air in the hydraulic system.
Insufficient hydraulic oil.
The lowering valve is incorrectly set.
Leakage from the valve cone.
Ball valve leakage.
Lifting and start assistance have both been
selected.
The wire has too much tension.
Overloading.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Pump 5 strokes with lowering valve open.
Contact a service technician.
Adjust the setting of the valve chain using
adjuster nut.
Replace the valve cone and washer.
Replace the quick rod.
Reset the function, which is not needed,
to the neutral position.
Adjust wire tensioning using the
adjustment screw.
Return the clamp loop to the neutral
position for emergency travel and
replace the wire.
