2.3. MAINS ADAPTER

The mains adapter is supplied only with HX0102-K clamps.
„ Disconnect everything connected to the probe and set the switch to OFF.
„ Turn the probe over, then, using a flat screwdriver, unscrew the screw of the battery compartment cover.
„ Slide the battery compartment cover off.
„ Withdraw the battery from the compartment and disconnect it without pulling on the wires.
„ Connect the part of the mains adapter that replaces the battery compartment cover to the clip connector.
„ Set this part in place instead of the battery compartment cover and screw the screw back in.
Save the battery compartment cover and the battery.
„ Connect the adapter to line power.
The probe is ready for use. To use it, refer to §2.2.
