Problem
The device does not work
The dedusting effect is not
good
Possible cause
The power plug is not
properly plugged into the
outlet or is not plugged in.
The On/Off key was not
pressed.
The functionality of the
unit is impaired by dust
and dirt accumulating on
the filter.
The ventilation opening is
blocked.
Solution approach
Plug the power plug into
the wall outlet and make
sure that it is properly
seated.
After plugging in the
power plug, press the
On/Off button.
Clean the filter
Remove the blockage from
the ventilation opening.
