Connection of the air inlet line / Conexión de la alimentación de aire comprimido /

L'entrée d'air comprimé a la pompe vient équippée d'un
adaptateur rapide. Il suffit d'equiper la tuyeuterie d'alimentation
d'air avec le connecteur rapide correspondant.

Reparating the pump form the collector's container

Remove the acrew situated on the top part of the pumps
protective dolly (under the guide bar of the mobile waste oil
collector).

Unscrew the compressed air inlet adaptor (8 / technical
service guide 438 220).

Uncrew the elbow (9 / technical service guide 438 220) and
release it from the collectors container.

Unscrew the bolt that connets the trasparent viewer to the
hose thar caries the oil from the pump to the said container.
The pump and its protective dolly is now separated from the
colletor container and we can now proceed with the repair
and cleaning procedures indiosted balow.
A. Pump suction filter
-
After removing the pump from the collectors container, dis-
assemble the bolt that unites the three way valve (10 /
technical service guide 438 220) to the foot valve body (36).
You can now see the suction filter; eliminate impurities
accumulated in it.
B. Feed valve (34)-(38) an O-ring (47)

Unscrew suction tube (32) from the air motor body (27) and
remove it completely. You can now see the feed valve (34)-
(38) and the O-ring (47).

Eliminate impurities contained in the feed valve (34)-(38).
Substitute if damaged.

Eliminate impurities accumulated in the O-ring (47).
Substitute if damaged.

Alimentation air comprimé de la pompe
ATTENTION: Il est essentiel de limiter la pression d'entrée
d'air a la pompe a un maximun de 10 bar – 140 psi. En
cas de necessité, installar un réducteur de presión.

Unscrew the foot valve (36) from the suction tube (32).
Eliminate impurities accumulated in the foot valve (33)-(34)-
(36). Substitute if damaged.
Unscrew the sution tube (32) from the body motor (27) and
remove it until you can see the feed valve (34)-(48).
Remove pin (39), situated in the top part of the connection bolt
(38), unscrew the said bolt (38) from the air piston axe (40).
Correctly place the air motor body (27) and release the four
screws (12) to remove the air motor Dolly (22).
Introduce a combination wrench in the milling situated in
the lower parto f the air piston axe (40). With a combination
wrench unscrew the air piston bolt (21). Then remove pieces
(18), (19), (20) and (21).
Pull down from the air piston axe (40) until it is completaly
removed from the air motor body (27). You can now see the
security circlip (30), the washer (29) and the Piston Joint
(28). Substitute any damaged place.

Repeat the first five stops of point (C) until you remove the
air piston axe (40) from the air motor body (27).
Unscrew the spring fixation bolt (1) from the air motor bofy
(27). Remove pieces (2), (43), (3), (4) and (5) from the said
air motor body (27).
Remove the two screws and washers (8)-(9) and remove
pieces (6), (7), (42), (10) and (11).
Substitute all these pieces by th eones contained in kit GK-1.
To substitute the guide set (14), (15), (16), unscrew bolt (14)
from the air motor body (27) and piece the new part.
