1 WALK - simulates walking with slight gradients.
2 JOG - simulates jogging with slight gradients.
3 RUN - simulates intensive running with high gradients.
4 WARM - simulates easy warm-up exercises switching between levels 18 and 54.
5 AGIL - simulates medium exertion switching between levels 36 and 90.
6 VITAL - simulates athletic activities switching between levels 54 and 126.
7 YOGA - simulates a very high exertion switching between levels 71 and 162.
The automatic programs are limited to 15 mins and the speeds preset.
To intensify the movement exercise, move your feet further apart. For walking, place your feet close together, middle
step for simulated jogging, and outer foot position for simulated running and maximum exertion.
