Procedure - Removing the Existing Hose and Regulator
Shown at the right is a view of your work area. Remember,
the Doors are not shown.
LP Hose Brass Nut
Upper Door Brace
Using your two open end Wrenches, place the 17mm

on the Manifold Weld Nut. Place the 19mm on the
LP Hose Brass Nut.
You will need your gloves for the remaining steps.
Helpful Hint: Place your wrenches as shown at
the right to help with the disassembly.
The Wrench used on the Manifold Weld Nut will be
used to HOLD the assembly to prevent turning. The
Wrench used on the LP Hose Brass Nut will be turned
in the direction shown at right.
Once completely loosened, the LP Hose and
Regulator can be removed by hand.
The Hose and Regulator that you just removed
will need to be returned to Saber Grills using
the original shipping carton and return shipping
label provided.
