Procedure - Installing the New Hose and Regulator
Install your new Hose and Regulator by hand;

threading the LP Hose Brass Nut onto the manifold
fitting as shown at the right.
Hand tighten only. DO NOT use a Wrench at this
point.
Be careful not to cross thread the fitting.
Ensure the Regulator is pointing towards the rear
panel for proper position.
Using your two open end Wrenches, place the 17mm

on the Manifold Weld Nut. Place the 19mm on the
LP Hose Brass Nut.
The Wrench used on the Manifold Weld Nut will be
used to HOLD the assembly to prevent turning. The
Wrench used on the LP Hose Brass Nut will be turned
in the direction shown at right.
Securely tighten the LP Hose Brass Nut.
Procedure - Performing a Leak Check
Gloves will not be needed now.

The next step will be to reinstall your LP cylinder,

connect the Hose and Regulator to the LP cylinder,
and leak check your new connection.
Do not install the Grease Tray at this point.
Ÿ
First, you will need a Cup or a Small Bucket, a
Ÿ
small soft Bristle Brush (such as a paint brush),
and dishwashing liquid.
Next, create a 50/50 soapy solution of water and

dishwashing liquid.
