Simulation box, digital/analogue
The simulation box is used in this mode of operation with an available
PLC in order to simulate the signals of hardware that is not available or
is to be subsequently connected.
•
Fit the cardboard insert IOsim.
•
Connect the digital I/O's of the device to the digital hardware I/O's
via the parallel SysLink cable, Order No. 034031.
•
Connect the analogue I/O's to the analogue hardware I/O's via the
parallel analogue cable, Order No. 529141.
The twisted SysLink cable, Order No. 167106 or the twisted analogue
cable, Order No. 533039 must not be used under any circumstances, as
the outputs of the PLC may otherwise be damaged.
No additional voltage supply is required, since the device is supplied
with voltage from the PLC board via the SysLink cable.
