Level the drilling template 07
directly onto concrete surface (no wall covering)
and tape in place.

Drill pilot holes into solid concrete. Never drill into the mortar between blocks.
IMPORTANT: Pilot holes must be drilled to a depth of 3 in. (76 mm), using a
3/8 in. (10 mm) diameter drill bit.
