Assembling (EPDM, PTFE and Graphite gaskets)
The gaskets are placed in the sensor. Be aware that the gaskets are centrered. The pipe connection
to be fastened with screws 1 and 2, which are to be tightened loosely. Hereafter the last four
screws are assembled.
The screws to be "cross-tightened" (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) to 3 Nm.
For PTFE gaskets use M4 x 14 screws.
Assembly (PTFE gasket)
Place one gasket in the sensor, then position the earthing ring and another gasket, and finally the
PVDF pipe connection and tightening plate. Make sure the gaskets and earthing ring are centered.
Fasten the pipe connections using screws 1 and 2 (M4 x 25), without tightening fully. Then fit the
last four screws. Position the third gasket on the sensor. Make sure the gasket is centered. Fasten
the pipe connection and tightening plate with screws 1 and 2 (M4 x 20), without tightening fully.
Then fit the last four screws.
The screws to be "cross-tightened" (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) to 3 Nm.
