For stability, it is recommended that you support yourself using a sturdy
object (e.g. table, wall) (Fig. 3).
Now you can "step into" the stable brace, foot first.
Briefly check again that the toe and ankle of the stocking are positioned
correctly (Fig. 4).
Pull the brace back and forth repeatedly using both handles to pull the
stocking up to your knee easily (Fig. 5).
When you reach under the knee, tilt the medi Butler backwards to remove
it and set it aside (Fig. 6).
Finally, pull the compression stocking up evenly.
Please ensure that the stocking is pulled up gradually, without wrinkling
or tugging it (Fig. 7).
Tip: The medi fabric gloves and rubber gloves enable you to arrange and
position compressive aids on arms and legs correctly.
Cleaning the medi Butler
If desired, you can clean your donning aid with the standard commercially
available disinfectants or detergents.
Please wipe down the frame and make sure that no liquid gets into the
hollow part of the base (5).
