Bumper bottom section with spoiler
The accessories are intended for professional fitting. ŠKODA AUTO recommends that they are
fitted by a contractual partner.
The bumper bottom section with spoiler is manufactured from polyurethane (PUR). When it is
supplied to ŠKODA AUTO, this component has already been surface treated with silver paint
(REFLEX SILVER U34 paint). The black cover caps are manufactured from polypropylene (PP).
The bumper bottom section with spoiler (hereafter simply referred to as "spoiler") with
order no. 565 071 610 is designed exclusively for KODIAQ SCOUT vehicles not fitted with a
tow bar. Order no. 565 071 610A is intended exclusively for KODIAQ SCOUT vehicles fitted
with a tow bar.
Remove the existing bumper bottom section in accordance with the instructions in the
ŠKODA Repair Manual – see the "Fitting work" section in the "Body" chapter. Depending
on the equipment specifications, remove the control unit for the virtual pedal,
the PDC/PLA sensors and the wiring harness from the component you just removed.
Reuse these components when you fit the new bumper bottom section (assemble the
components). In accordance with the instructions in the manual, adhere and connect the
components of the virtual pedal in the correct place on the Scout-spoiler. Connect the
other components as instructed in the ŠKODA Repair Manual.
