2. Remove the wall mounting plate by pulling the lower
edge away from the light. The wall mounting plate will
disengage from the light.
3. Using the wall mounting plate as a template, mark the
position of the mounting holes. Use the two screws

4. Remove the battery cover and install 4, 1.2V AA Ni-
MH rechargeable batteries (included) into the battery
compartment. Make sure the polarity of the batteries
is correct.
WARNING: If using this light while attached to the
solar panel, only use 1.2V AA Ni-MH rechargeable
batteries. Use of standard non-rechargeable AA
batteries while the light fixture is attached to the
solar panel can cause damage to the light fixture
and personal injury or property damage due to
fire.
5. Place the top rear of the light fixture over the wall
mounting plate, rotate downward and press into the
wall plate to ensure a weatherproof seal is obtained.
6. Fully tighten the screw at the bottom rear of the battery
case to secure the fixture to the wall plate.
Mounting the Solar Panel:

the solar panel to a solid surface.IMPORTANT: Caulk
around the base and on top of the screw heads
after installation.
2. Adjust the angle of the solar panel by loosening the
Wall
Phillips-head screw at the rear of the solar panel.
Mounting
Rotate the solar panel to the desired angle. Tighten
Plate
the Phillips-head screw to secure. Remember, the
solar panel must receive as much direct sunlight over
the course of the day as possible. Keep in mind that
shadows may block the sunlight from reaching the
solar panel during the day.
3. Carefully route the solar panel cable to the light fixture.
Plug the solar panel cable into the solar panel port on
the bottom of the light fixture.
IMPORTANT: Turn the power selection switch to
the OFF position and allow the battery to charge
with 3 to 7 days of full sunshine before testing.
