THIS PUMP MUST NOT BE USED TO PUMP FLAMMABLE,
COMBUSTIBLE OR HAZARDOUS LIQUIDS.
NOTE: Be sure to read all instructions included with
this pump!
CAUTION: Do not place or operate pump in water. Damage
to the pump will result.
NOTE: Always keep the pump and engine on a level foundation.
SPECIFICATIONS
WATER ACE PUMP CO. RCPH gas powered portable water pump
is designed to move water at 2400 GPH, with a maximum
vertical lift to 23 feet and maximum pressure of 30 psi. The
quiet four-cycle engine starts easily and will run for two
hours on a tankful. The portable water pump is lightweight
and has a built-in check valve and carrying handle.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Your gas powered portable water pump is driven by a
four-cycle engine.

Read and Retain These Instructions for Safe Use
Attach strainer to
STEP
suction hose, and

then attach suction
hose to suction port
of pump.
Prime pump. Always
STEP
fill the pump case

and suction line with
water before starting
your pump.
NOTICE: The shorter the vertical distance between the pump
and water, the higher the pumping volume and pressure.
Be sure that all hose and pipe connections are airtight. Air
leaks in the suction line prevent priming and reduce the
pump capabilities.
Always place the pump as close as possible to the water
being pumped. Keep the suction line short and with few
bends. Maximum 15 feet suction lift.
Starting the four-cycle
STEP
engine you must adjust

choke lever in direction
of arrow. If engine
does not start after
four pulls, adjust choke
level to mid-point.
Once engine starts,
choke level must be
moved in opposite
direction of arrow.
Once pump is started
STEP
(this may take several
4
pulls) adjust the throttle
for more flow. See
illustration for low and
high speed.
When your job is
completed, push
the stop button (see
illustration). This will
stop the engine from
running.
