accordance with the technical documentation pursuant to
Annexe VII, Section 2 of Guideline 93/42/EEC issued by the
Council in respect of medical products on 14 June 1993 and
conforms with the relevant requirements set out in this directive.
In so doing, and giving due consideration to currently accepted
technical practice and valid standards, the fundamental
requirements set out in Annexe I of Guideline 93/42/EEC are
deemed to have been met.

Proper use
The HEWI stool is designed to be used indoors, particularly in
bathrooms and above all in showers. It offers persons with or
without a physical disability the option of sitting down for a
shower or a wash.
