Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp . sugar
1/4 tsp . baking powder
1/8 tsp . baking soda
1/8 tsp . salt
2 Tbsp . applesauce
2 Tbsp . milk
1/2 Tbsp . vegetable oil
1/4 tsp . vanilla
2 Tbsp . chocolate chips
Directions:

Combine dry ingredients in small bowl .

Mix together applesauce, milk, oil and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients .
3 .
Fold in chocolate chips .
4 .
Spoon batter into a greased oven-safe coffee mug .
5 .
Place mug on oven rack, in the middle rack position .
6 .
Select BAKE using the function knob .
7 .
Set oven to 375°F .
8 .
Set time to 15 minutes .
9 .
Press START button to begin baking .
10 . Check cake after the 3 audible beeps once the baking cycle is complete . It is
done once a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean . If it is not done,
bake for 3 more minutes and check again .
