During gate run, limbs and fingers may be pinched, crushed or severed
between the gear wheel and the gear rack!
SAFETY INSTRUCTION FOR HAZARD AVOIDANCE
x Do not touch the gear wheel or gear rack while the gate is moving.
x Make sure that children do not touch the gear wheel or gear rack while
the gate is moving.
x If possible, the gate should only be operated when there is visual
contact with the movement range of the gate.
x
If possible, install an emergency stop command device so that an imme-
diate stop can be activated in an emergency.
During all learning trips, the gate must not be stopped by light barriers,
safety contact strips or anything else or prevented from running
normally.
Press the "Escape/Menu" key repeatedly until the display shows "Learn-
ing trips". Confirm this with the "
Press and hold the "↑ +" or "↓ -." key to move the gate to the OPEN po-
sition with the dead man function, you can also interrupt the movement
several times by releasing the key. When you have reached the end posi-
tion OPEN, confirm this with "
positioned in the mechanical stop.
The display shows "Ref. run CLOSE", confirm this with "
the control unit closes the gate on its own up to the closing point, which is
detected by the force switch-off.
You can also optionally stop the gate with the keys "↑+" or "↓-" before
the final closing point and then move it back manually to the closing posi-
tion with the keys "↑+" and "↓-".
When the closing position is reached, whether automatically or manually,
confirm this with the "
the mechanical stop.
