Equipment Setup and Use:

3.1 Prior to use:

a. Inspect the product looking for any visible damage or sharp edges that could
be caused by a drop or impact during storage.
b. Make sure product has been properly cleaned and disinfected and wiped dry
prior to each use.

3.2 Setup:

Preparation of the Surgical Table
a. Adjust the Leg section of the table so that it is horizontal.
b. Remove the leg section from the surgical table.
Preparation of the Split Leg Section
a. Plug the Split Leg Section onto the table spar until it contacts the stop.
b. Tighten Accessory Lock Knob, clockwise, to secure Split Leg Section onto the
surgical table as shown below.
