INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 1) Place the Rough-In so that the baseline and the center line of the closet ange line up. Mark the screw locations for the Rough-In. Drill holes at the marked locations per the installation type below. In the case of tile or concrete oor installation, use the provided plastic anchors. -
