Safety instructions

During design and manufacture, the manufacturer paid particular attention to aspects that might cause risks to the
health and safety of the people who interact with the machine.
The manufacturer adopted all the "good manufacturing practices" and built the appliance using specifically selected
materials to guarantee food hygiene and working functionality.
The purpose of this information is raise awareness in users so they pay attention to prevent any kind of operative
and food risk. Caution is irreplaceable. Safety is also in the hands of all those interacting with the appliance.
Carefully read the instructions in the supplied manual and those directly applied on the appliance, respect those
concerning safety in particular.
Handle the appliance respecting the information directly on the packaging, on the appliance and in the use instruc-
tions.
Do not bump or let the appliance fall during transport, handling and installation to avoid damaging its components.
Personnel authorised to make the electric connection must make sure that the power supply line features corre-
spond to what is stated on the plate, that it is fitted with a differential switch and with components conforming to the
laws and standards in force.
Do not, for any reason, tamper with, eliminate or by-pass the safety devices installed on the appliance.
The user is advised to carefully read the entire manual and make sure to have fully understood it, particularly the
safety information.
If necessary, make some simulations the first time the appliance is used to identify the controls, especially the
switch-on and off controls.
Do not put objects, tools, hands or anything else into the hazardous parts.
Keep the machine out of the reach of children.
Do not expose the machine to the elements.
Only use the appliance for the intended uses. Using the appliance for improper and different uses to those
admitted can cause personal health and safety risks and financial damages.
The manufacturer declines any liability for damages caused by improperly using the appliance, failure to re-
spect the indications in the use manual and tampering with or modifying without its formal authorisation.
All interventions requiring precise technical competence or particular abilities (installation, supply connections, etc.)
must only be carried out by authorised personnel with approved experience acquired in the specific intervention sec-
tor.
Do not use the appliance with broken or inefficient electric power cables.
Immediately stop the appliance in safe conditions as soon as a fault is detected, and have authorised and qualified
personnel replace the cables.
DISCONNECT THE MAIN ELECTRIC POWER (or disconnect the electric plug) and make sure the treatment
area is completely cooled before carrying out any cleaning, maintenance intervention, etc..
Clean the appliance every time it is used or when reasonably required, also in view of the type of food product to be
treated.
Thoroughly clean all appliance parts (including the nearby areas) that may come into direct or indirect contact with
the food products, to protect them from the risk of contamination and preserve hygiene.
Only clean the appliance using food safe cleaning products. Never use corrosive and flammable cleaning products
or products that may contain and/or release toxic substances.
Clean and sanitise the appliance using personal protective equipment, particularly when using cleaning products.
