Fasten the CABINET RIGHT (40CA) and the CABINET

LEFT (40CB) to the EXTENSION BRACKETS on the
UPRIGHTS (D and E). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD
SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #4.
NOTE: Be sure to use the exact holes shown in the

EXTENSION BRACKETS.
