Problem Possible Cause
Unit doesn't Is the power plug connected?

blocked?
No outlet air. Is filter blocked?
Water leakage. Drainage pipe is not tightly
connected.

Suggested Solution
Put the plug in the socket.
Pour away the water in water-
tank, and put water tank into
the unit.
Use this dehumidifier under the
environment 5-32 °C.
Under dry environment,
dehumidifying effect will be not
so obvious.
Clean the air outlet or air inlet.
Clean the filters.
Check the drainage pipe.
Clean the debris in pipe.
