PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
The rail tile saw is supplied disassembled. Take items out of the
package and assemble in the below described order.
RAIL TILE SAW ASSEMBLY
• Unfold the legs (14) from the base (9) (fig. A) and secure with the
screws (included) (fig. B).
• Attach the supports (17), wheel axis (18) and the transport wheels
(13) to the legs (14) (fig. C, D).
• Use the screws in the legs base to level the device.
• Install the drain plug (19) in the base hole (9) (fig. E)
• Attach the head with working top on the base (9). Make sure that
the water pump (5) is positioned correctly in the base (fig. F) (slide
the water hose onto the water pump stub pipe if necessary).
• Install the locking knobs for the cutting length limiter (1) in the rail
groove (2) (fig. G).
• Install the head handle (3) with the supplied screws as shown on
fig. H.
• Unscrew the head locking screw (16) (fig. I).
• Adjust force of pressure and cutting depth with the knob for head
vertical shift (29) (fig. H).
• Use the screw (21) to join the mitre gauge (10) to the fence (11)
(you can install the mitre gauge on both sides of the work table)
(fig. J).
The saw is equipped with additional working top (12), which allows
to extend the working top (8) when necessary (long tiles). The
additional working top (12) can be installed in 3 different positions,
its holes must be fitted onto pins in the base (9). It can be installed on
either side of the base. The adjustment knobs (22) in the bottom part
of the additional top (12) are used to level the surface in reference to
the working top (8) (fig. K).
Unscrew the head locking screw before starting to work
with the rail tile saw. Otherwise moving the head with cutting
disc will be impossible. The water pump should be immersed in
water during cutting.

replaced by qualified personnel before starting to use the rail tile
