Operating the machine

Master Products distributes a cut-off mechanism that must not be altered by the consumer. If any task is carried out
on the machine, whether, for example, maintenance, regulation, adjustment, etc., it is essential to comply with the
safety regulations indicated in the 'safety for the operator' section.

Raw material conditions

The MT Gentle 50 and 75 machines have been designed to work with all types of fresh flowers. Any materials not of
this nature must not be processed.

Preparation of the raw material

To be able to work with the MT Gentle 50 and 75 machines, it is essential to separate the fresh flowers from the
branches beforehand. This process can be done manually, or accelerated with a high volume machine such as the
Master Bucker 200 or the Master Bucker 500.

How to use the machine

Once assembled and connected to the electricity supply, the machine is ready to be used.
IMPORTANT: The use of ear and eye protectors is recommended.
Switch the machine on by pressing the two switches on the front

panel of the machine. One switch is used to activate the body
blade and the other to activate the container agitator.
Check that the front hatch and

hinged upper lid of the container,
shown in red in the following image,
are closed.
Open the lid of the container.
