Check bonding or welding
and repair, if necessary
Check gaskets and
replace, if necessary
Position the retaining ring
so both projections of the
retaining ring lie in the
notches of the base part
Retighten bonnet
assembly (top part)
Retighten piston screw
Replace diaphragm, see
Chapter 11
Replace cartridge.
Check valve dimensioning

Remove compressed air
and select other valve
(e.g. pneumatic diaphragm
valve) for the application
