In order to clean the appliance, disassemble it as per the steps
shown in fig."14" - "18".
Keeping the appliance clean is very important for a long and
trouble-free working life. The removable parts should be washed

The appliance does not require any specific maintenance besides normal cleaning; we do however suggest having it checked once a year

REMEMBER THAT THE APPLIANCE
Must never be left unattended when in use!
When the appliance is switched on, its surfaces become very
hot, so please take great care!
The appliance is intended for professional use and therefore
only qualified personnel should use it!
Installation as well as any conversion or adaptation operations
to a different gas type must be carried out in accordance with

Our appliances are studied and perfected using lab tests, in order to
provide high performance and yields. However, to keep energy
consumption low (electricity, gas and water), we suggest not using the
appliance for extended time periods if it is empty or in conditions that
compromise optimum yield. All packaging materials are environment-
friendly. They can be kept without posing any safety risks or they can be
burnt in a waste incinerator plant.
The plastic components that can be recycled are:
Polyethylene: external packaging material and/or bubble wrap.
Polypropylene: straps.

using sponges (ex. Scotch) to remove stubborn deposits. You can
also use oven and grill cleaning sprays, readily available on the
market, to remove stubborn deposits.
If spray products are used, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
To minimise the emission of polluting substances into the
environment, we suggest cleaning the appliance with products that
are at least 90% biodegradable.
